The outstanding productivity of the GT III with its Y-blades or hammers is ensured by the shredding quality and ground speed as it tackles broad cutting widths to produce perfect mulch with any kind of crop residue. The 3-element GT III, can be hitched to the rear, front in reverse-drive, or dissociated with one element pushed and the other two being drawn.
The standard essentials
- 450 HP gearbox with integrated free wheel
- PTO shaft with treated steel square tube
- Heavy-duty HTS steel bodies for enhanced reliability
- Massive rotor (Ø 70-mm shaft, Ø 220-mm tube rotor/Ø 275-mm in 9.30-m version)
- Interchangeable cutting heads for greater versatility
- Optional ballast offloading for each element, hydraulic as standard on 9.30-m version
- Central element can work separately at the front and also alone at the front or the rear
- Lateral elements articulated around a double hinge
- Arms fixed to the centre of gravity of the side elements, in the working position
- Rear flap protects against flying debris
